Belated PND or just whacky periods - help before I go maaaaad!

I just filled out an on-line form on PND. I got a score which suggested that I should seek professional help immediately (anxiety, frustrated, trouble sleeping, no libido etc.etc.) however there is no way I have any negative feelings about my wonderful DD. I adore her and can't imagine life without her.

So I'm wondering if I can have PND at this late stage (DD is 9 months) or it's my periods playing tricks on me accompanied by crazy mood swings which I was not prone to before pregnancy. For the record I breastfed exclusively for 4.5 months then continued bf with solids until 7.5 months then DD weaned. I've had one period which lasted over a week, then another about 2 weeks later which lasted a day then another about another week later (today in fact) which was just one squirt (sorry!)

Moods go up and down like a flipping yo yo. In quite a good mood now but could have been certified this morning.

have no idea really, but just sound like your hormones are re-adjusting...they are changing from pregnancy to breastfeeding to periods...Agnus Castus is great for regulating hormones and periods and preventing PMT/PMS. can work as quickly as 2 weeks, but will be more likely to take 2 or 3 mths to work.
