Oh god please can anyone help this toothache , this is the worst pain ever.
Went to the dentist today he said there was a nasty infection under three teeth.
I have antibiotics does anyone know how long they will take to kick in ?

Use Oragel, tiny little tube saved me recently when I had horrific pain. ABs should start to work after 48 hours. Good luck.

Oh god you have my full sympathy, I'm just getting over a three week long absess, and three courses of antibiotics. Finally had the damn tooth out last week.

Get some orajel, the strong one, I was using a tube a day! Take ibruprofen and paracetamol and don't do what I did and put a clove of garlic next to the sore tooth, cos it burns like a bitch.

Hi thanks for your replies it's no better today. I am going to get some orajel. Hopefully this will help its my birthday tomorrow so hope I feel a bit better by then.
