Pain in lower stomach???

Hello for the last three days I have a pain in my lower stomach, cramp like but at times can be quite sharp. The pain is more around the left side so I was thinking it could be to do with poo but I go twice a day so it cant be constipation.

I also have had cream discharge since the pain started, it does go away now and gets stronger and weaker.

I finished my period the beginning of last week so its not perios pains.

Could it be irritable bowel syndrome?

Might be, if you are worried, I would encourage you to get yourself checked out. Its not very nice being in pain,and some people find it hard to admit to tummy ache as opposed to headache, so that can make you feel worse iyswim

lovecloud irratated colon either? i get ti too, and i know its irratated. i dont know about ibs as i have a healthy diet and dont really eat the food sthey say cause it.

have it checked out thou docs can be a bit dismissive of it,
