Constipated after stomach bug

I had a stomach bug at the end of last week with a lot of diarrhea. The last time I went to the loo was Sunday night and I had diarrhea then but nothing since then. I'm still weeing OK and no temp or pain. Should I be concerned?

nah. to my mind, your body's getting back to its balance between going or not. If you're not going by weekend, I'd get a gentle diarrhetic.

If you're not feeling uncomfortable then I wouldn't worry, just leave things to happen in their own time. I have IBS, so I appreciate my bowels don't behave particularly normally, but whenever I get diarrhoea it always followed by a bit of constipation.

If you do feel you need something to get stuff moving, then lactulose (available from pharmacies) is a nice gentle option.
