Feeling crap - what on earth can this be ??

I feel so ill - woke up yesterday with horrendous back ache and nausea - was extremely sick several times and then really bad stomach pains - had temperature but that's largely now gone - but my back is so bad !

Just wondered if anyone could identify it ?

Have taken ibuprofen for aches - but it has scarecely touched it !

Where abouts is the backache? I had hideous back ache that ended up being referred pain for my gallstones.

Sorry - have been slowly getting up !

Back pain is at base of spine - really unconfortable to lie down.

Well it was the nausea and vomiting and stomache pain that made me think gallstones but the pain would usually be higher up your back. Definitely go to the gp tommorow morning.
