Was bitten by some horrible little blighter on Sunday night, since then has swollen and swollen and swollen a bit more, have anti biotics for infection, told to keep taking anti histamine and pain killers and use antiseptic... All fine and all being done, but in the interim, anything I can do to help relieve the pain from the swelling?
Feels like my foot is about to burst. SadSad

Sounds like you are doing all the right things.

I would try icing the foot - use a gel ice pack if you have one or a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel. Ice is great for inflammation. Also you could try an antihistamine cream from the chemist. Hope you feel better soon.
