Last week a huge black bruise showed up on my boob, just by my nipple.
It's fading, and going through the purple/yellow phase which I know is a good sign.
However, it definitely doesn't feel right. There's kind of a pulling sensation, sometimes it throbs sharply, sometimes a bit tingly. I don't know if I'm just hyper aware of it though. I'm also still BF DD in the night. She's teething at the moment so suckling more than usual.
I saw the doc on Monday. No obvious lump or visible symptoms to worry about. They want me to do a blood test to look for clotting abnormalities.
Should I be pushing for further breast exam based on these symptoms?
I'm 31, no family history of breast cancer.
