Pelvic floor after having a baby!

My daughter is now 20 months old, I've just gone back to the gym but having trouble with my pelvic floor and wondering if I need to do something about it. I've done kegels on and off since she was born. I only really have a problem when I have a cough or sneeze, but also can't hold my bladder if its full. Now I'm finding running around at the gym, jumping on the trampoline and star jumps are a no go. Wondering if it is too minor to warrant a request to see a physio & if I should just focus on doing the kegel exercises? Would be helpful to hear other people's experiences. Thanks

Go & see someone. I did and it made a real difference.
