What is wrong with me?

I have a raw throat, slight cough. When trying to sleep last night it felt like my throat was 'closing up' and it kept triggering my gag reflex I gave up around 1am and made myself sick to ease my mind l. Please MN diagnose me and make me feel better Confused

Sounds like post nasal drip. Try a decongestant before bed tonight. How long has it been going on?
