Is this a pimple or somthing else (picture)

Hello a day ago i was taking my earing off and i felt a little bump in the back of it so i went and asked my mom to look at it and she said it was a pimple. I suffer from health anxiety so i googled everything which made me more anxious. I feel stupid because im probably exagerating so can someone re assure me my mom is right and i am stupid? Or does it look like somthing else?

I'm sure it's nothing serious, I've had similar before and they disappear after a week or so.

Have you spoken to anyone about your health anxiety?
