dd has a cold and a temp shud i take her to the doc?

my dd has had a snuffle for a few days but today she has a temp and has been sneezing alot and seems to have flushed cheeks shud i take her to the docs?

she is nearly 11 weeks the last time i took it it was 37.8 but i have given her some calpol!!! my thermometer flashes red when the temp to high but thinking about it i know babies temp range is diff
