I've had a chest infection and Pneumonia. I'm on a second course of antibiotics and am starting to feel more human. However I'm aware that spending two weeks has really knocked my pretty low level of fitness and health into the dirt. I'm also pretty over weight.
Does this sound like a good plan?
Week one
hourly deep breathing practices
Daily yoga for when you are sick (it's very gentle)
3 trips to the park with the kids and I'll do a little walk around
focus on fluid and veggie intake
Probotics once the antibiotics have stopped
Week two
Daily yoga
5 short walks a week
Keep up fluid and veggie intake
