Does this sound like thrush

Very sore bits particularly the oneside but not itchy all. Very copious white discharge with no smell literally pouring out. Slight pelvic pain. Feeling of slight cystitis but no uti. Can't see GP for a week. Had thrush before but usually itchy.

I had something similar to you, and Canestan wasn't working for WEEKS. So my Dr suggested I try Balance Activ, which is a pessary cream for bacterial vaginosis. She said it sometimes can be useful for resetting the ph balance when other medicines aren't working. Either way, it worked for me, so maybe worth a try? Think it's about a tenner from the pharmacy, though not everywhere sells it.
