What could this pain be?

I've got a stabbing pain low down on my left side, and if I'd not had a total hysterectomy 8 months ago I would say it's ovulation pain.

But it can't be as I have no ovaries. It started this morning and has got progressively worse. It's not agony, but fairly painful.

I can feel it when I walk and move in bed. It also hurts to press adjacent to my hip bone.

Do I need OOH?

Appendix?

Endometriosis? can persist after hysterectomy.

Wouldn't think appendix as its on the right side not the left.

Constipation?
Diverticulitis?

When I had my hysterectomy the surgeon said everything was stuck together with endo.

I didn't think it would still be there though. Will have to go to GP if it persists, except I'm going on holiday tomorrow Hmm
