I’ve had a suspected umbilical hernia for about a year, horrid squishy lump above belly button, worse when crunching. Have finally made an apmnt for it to be checked as I can feel it growing & some sharp pains when I’m active.
But when showing it to my DH the other day, I realised if I tense my stomach that I also have a noticeable firm bulge/ridge under my belly button like diastasis recti But my youngest is four ! Could I have had it from pregnancy and not noticed? Since my dd was 2 I have been working out 5/6 days a week including abs and weights. Have I actually given myself this from working out?
Anyone with any experience?
