Hey
The last week I've not been able to satisfy my hunger and it's getting really frustrating. I teach yoga, and had to eat an energy bar mid class I was so hungry, shaky and a bit dizzy.
I'm breastfeeding and have a very demanding 1 year old, and find I don't have the time to eat as well as I used to.
I find myself eating a lot of sandwiches and pasta, but I'm never full.
I think it's diet related, any tips to help?! Xx
