Urgh - I've got the most awful

diarrhoea. Can someone please remind me what we feed our children when they're like this? Bananas, rice, and something else?

I remember for stomach flu the dr. said BRAT: bananas, rice applesauce and toast. Not sure about diarrhea, though.
