I assume so. I never used apple sauce as a remedy myself though.

I've just finished a course of antibiotics that really upset my tummy badly, and the runs only got this bad since I stopped the antibiotics and started drinking Yakult - in theory to counteract the detrimental effects of antibiotics on my gut. I wonder whether it's the Yakult that's giving me the diarrhoea. I've never taken in before, so I've no idea what to expect.
