Well, I have a book right now but when JJ sends me the yoga DVD, I will have a DVD too!

I am trying yoga (not done it before) and have done 20 minutes today....

Anyone joining me and reporting in?

Lois - an inch in a month! Well I'll certainly keep it up in that case! Did you feel stiff or achy when you first started though? I always feel like if it doesn't hurt like hell, it isn't working.
Nutty - how about trying a few different ones from the library or blockbuster to see what you like? If taibo is kickboxing style stuff then I loved that when i did it in class, but found it very hard to stay motivated with a video. I have a shelf of vids I've done about twice gathering dust - would offer them to mners but they're american format. Except Patsy Palmers dance workout - that's english and anyone who wants to give it a try is welcome to it!

Can I join this thread? Have wanted to do yoga for a while now but haven't got round to it.

Bettybloo I try not overdo it as I know if I hurt myself it will will stop me but I've certtainly done enough to feel it! I could only do 17 minutes of my video when I started but now I can do all 45 mintues. Maybe your video is a bit too easy for you if you can easily do it all the way through? Might you get bored if it not challenging?

Nutcracker I had a look at the customer reviews on Amazon and found them very helpful inb choosing which ones to get.

Am being lame today, I've normally completed my session by 10am but I've been doing housework and sitting on MN so haven't got round to it yet. Can;t do it when DH or the boys are home as they think I'm a loony and always take the p*ss out of me !

Trying to tell myself that muy housework frenzy can count as todays 'workout'. Is that cheating ?!

Popsy - Did you do yours as promised ?!

Did 50 minutes today and feel very virtuous. Depressingly my stomach actually seems to be getting bigger though
