Help - heat / sweat rash?

Hi

I'm abroad in Europe with DH and kids. DH has sensitive skin and often gets red / sore inner thighs which he puts down to heat / sweat / chafing. I should add that he's super slim and fit (so it's not his thighs rubbing together, I don't think!)

Anyway, today is day 5 of 14 and his inner thighs have blistered massively. One has lots of small blisters, the other has a huge weeping blister.

So, ladies... Help!! What should I do / not do??

(Going to sleep soon. Will read / reply in morning!? Thanks!

Bumping (after a name change!) for some help...

Go to a local chemist and show them.... It sounds as if its past treating with savlon salt water or talc.

A mystery.
I would see a doctor.

Thanks both. Perhaps unsurprisingly DH is being stubborn. Complaining, but unwilling to seek help. Grrrrrrrr. I've pointed out many times that today was Friday and medical help much more accessible than at the weekend, to no avail.

That said, he's kept it out of the sun, no Suncream and in the fresh air (courtesy of some new speedos Blush). The blisters are still there, but smaller and those that burst agent re-filling. I hope these are good signs....

Thanks again
