Ds has been being sick since Monday ...

and now I've taken him to the Doctors, it seems he has a quite severe UTI. I had no idea that, that was the problem, I've just assumed he had a bug. Having read up on UTI's it seems they are taken quite seriously in children and I know my niece ended up in hospital after she had one. Has anyone experienced any of the follow up tests and are they always necessary?

Oops sorry, I meant he's been being sick since FRIDAY!

I used to get them a lot whilst I was pregnant, was never sick though. Got them when I was a child also and they always thought it was appendicitis. In the end they took them out probably cos sick of sight of me.
