graphites & hepar sulph (for impetigo) - what is exact dose details please

like loads of others we have had months of impetigo on and off and have looked in archive bits and seen loads about the graphites & hepar sulph remedies - I'm a bit unsure as to doses.

sophable and others say 30c 3 x day of each alternate etc. I'm probably being really thick but I don't understand the alternate bit and trying to get 3 of each in per day.
sorry - but could someone please explain in very basic terms how to take it.

Hi. I don't know specifically about these remedies for Impetigo but I do have lots of experience with homeopathy. 30c 3x a day sounds right for an acute condition. If you have two different remedies you should take them at least 10 minutes apart and not immediately before or after strong tasting food, toothpaste etc. Alternatively you could order them as a combination remedy from here

so, one graphites, in morning, couple of hours later one hepar sulph, couple of hours later, graphites again. and so on so that you do 3 of each in the course of the day.

Sophable - was hoping to hear from you considering over the years you have saved many of us from the depths of impetigo!
