HELP! Trapped nerve upper arm, agony

Shakey15000 · 26/06/2016 16:34

Oh my. The pain is making me feel nauseous. What can I do?? Move it (though would probably faint!) or keep still? Plan to soak in bath, taken 2 paracetamol and it's not even close.

DH has Zapain but not keen on taking meds not prescribed but I'm desperate Sad

Has your arm frozen ? If so I feel your pain. It's horrendous.

CooeeOnlyMe · 26/06/2016 17:43

Don't move it. Take an anti inflammatory and try to see a physiotherapist in the morning.

You have my sympathy, a trapped nerve is agony.

Shakey15000 · 26/06/2016 17:53

Not sure if it's frozen, the pain has lessened a tiny bit by having not moved it for a bit. I need it gone! I have a FT office job and on top of that, I'm acting in a play 4nights this week Sad

Thanks both
