Fingers twitching?

Twice in the past week I've experienced my fingers twitching of their own accord. First it was my left index finger, today it's my left little finger. Has anyone experienced this? What did it turn out to be?

Probably a trapped nerve. I get this but worsens if I focus on it. If doesn't resolve in a few weeks go to GP.

I get this regularly. I have carpal tunnel and fibromyalgia and i think its connected to that
