Recommend a beginners' yoga video for me please.....

I have something -- 7 secrets of yoga by an amazingly flexible older woman. Forget her name, but you can have it if you want. It was quite good, but I'm not a yogoer.

I also had Barbara Currie's Fabulous Shape Forever, and it's the only video tape I used consistently (on and off) for five years until my video chewed it up.

I also have Barbara curries 7 secrets and its my personal favourite. What I like best about it is that the workouts are 10 minutes long and each focus on a different part of the body, so you can choose which areas you want to concentrate on. I find this easy to fit into my day depending on how much or little time I have. I would recommend the DVD version of it so you can pick out the different workouts easily
