My mum got a letter today from her GP saying that as of Friday the practice had closed down and she should find a new GP. No details about what has happened to her medical records.
Surely the GP should have given patients proper notice in advance of the closure?
Does anyone know what should have been done, and where my mum can complain if necessary? Many thanks.
