Blood test results: can anyone please help?

Hi. I finally got a copy of my blood test results. I've been told that everything is fine. Since October I struggled with depression, fatigue, insomnia...I'm taking 3000 vitamin d daily. Do I need to take anything else?

Hb 135 g/L
TSH 1.75 mU/L
B12 220ng/L
Ferritin 39 ug/L

Do these results look ok? Many thanks for looking.

Ferritin should be nearer 70 for optimum health

Thanks for the quick response. Do you know if I would need to take iron tablets to boost this? How long would it take? I'm a vegetarian.

Your B12 is at the lower end of acceptable range. I guess different people's mileage may vary but I get "low B12" symptoms before I go under the threshold- the same may be true for you. My symptoms are low
mood, fatigue, confusion, just a general "not all there"ness.

Maybe try a B12 supplement or change to diet?

Although probably in the normal range your B12 is low

Eeek just seen that my Triglycerides is 1.9. This really frightens me, but I'm glad I have that knowledge now.

Just bumping this. Does anyone know if the B12 spray is any good?

I have heard that the sublingual lozenges are the best
