Pain In lower back and abdomen left hand side

I have been experiencing some pain and discomfort in my lower back on the left hand side over the last few days. The pain also travels around the hip and is a constant discomfort. It's is very tender to the touch even without applying any pressure. Today I also have some pain around the abdomen again on the left hand side very low. I will call gp tomorrow but any ideas what this could be?

Kidney infection maybe? (Not medically trained, just sounds similar to when I had it)

Possible nerve pain or shingles 😬 Not kidney infection as no problems with waterworks.
