In my nose, that is.
I've felt pretty intense pressure all afternoon and then at 3pm I felt a bit of a small crack and pop and a tiny amount of pressure lessened.
Pressure is building again now though and it's becoming painful. I have no other symptoms (no cold Virus, no congestion) but I don't have any sinux
In the house either.
Ouch! Any advice?
