Going to give the briefest account possible! Hope you aren't all eating breakfast as you read this

Want opinions as to whether this may be an anal fissure....
Had a BM couple days ago that was a bit "scratchy" if you like ... Since then I've had bright red blood in the loo when I go, and on the paper and even a little sometimes when I just go for a wee (definitely from that end)
Thing that concerns me is that it isn't painful but still bleeding?
There has been a slight itchiness today though so wonder if it Could still be a fissure?
Sorry guys!Hmm

I get them all the time and that is what they feel like :) if you are worried at all though please go to your gp!

Piles maybe?

Anal fissure, from experience, tends to be very painful when doing a BM and possibly sore for a while afterwards.

This is what I thought, as I say, it was a bit scratchy for 2 days but not painful Hmm

So - I've seen a Gp because I know otherwise I will worry all weekend.
She had a feel around (not nice!) she said she couldn't see anything - she said she may have felt an internal hemmorhoid as she felt something "squishy" but to be honest she didn't seem all that confident!
I've got to use hyrdocortisone suppositories and she hopes the problem will resolve as quickly as it appeared.... If not then I might have to have a camera up there!!
Don't feel very reassured to be honest!
