Breast clinic one stop shop

Does anyone know roughly how long I can expect to be at the hospital for having a scan,biopsy and results? I am guessing 2-3 hours - does that sound realistic or does it generally take longer?

I think I was there for a whole morning. The biopsy results alone took 2 hrs.

Thanks bsmirched. I have an appointment at around 10am so presumably I'll be finished by 3pm?

I have been 3 years on the trot and its varied from 2 hours - 5. Take a book! Be prepared for a long wait. Hope it goes ok.

Thank you gingeete. I will take a book and some magazines. I am hoping to get somebody to come with me for support but not sure if I can yet.
