Pinprick rash on face

...and on my neck. It isnt itchy as such but it's uncomfortable.
It isn't coloured or inflamed so it's blending in nicely - you can only see it in a certain light at an angle.

I've had cold symptoms for 2 days - runny nose and sore throat. I've also changed my moisturiser to anti-wrinkle Olay about a week ago.

What is this rash and how can I get rid of it?

It could be an allergy to the Olay. There may be retinol or AHA's in it that can cause a reaction. My MIL just recently reacted to Olay which sounds like the same one. She switched from a different brand & had to get a steroid cream from the Drs as her face came up in a rash.
