car sickness when changing to a forward-facing car seat?

Could just be a co-incidence, because dd has been a bit under the weather, but on our way back from Halfords she threw up spectacularly on her new car seat three times poor sweetie. As our rear seats are quite raised anyway (renault scenic) her new travelling position does seem quite high. Anyone else had this problem?

Going out for the second try later with trepidation...and a catch-all bib.
