Odd rash around dd's eczema

dd (5) has had mild eczema since she was a baby. Recently she has had a lot of flare ups. When she was going in the shower tonight I noticed that she has a rash all over her chest around an itchy patch.

The rash is many faded purplish spots, each one about a few millimeters across. I have noticed this once before a week or so a ago on her neck (again near a very itchy bit) but it wasn't nearly as widespread.

Anyone have a clue what causes this?

By any chance has she had any fluid filled spots, slightly raised,not sure about being faded purplish. my daughter has eczema and has had the fluid filled ones. Its infected hair folicules. you get antibiotic cream to help these.
