Hi , I've never been able to get a good. Nights sleep I tend to keep waking during the night ...However just lately I go to bed so tired but once there I'm awake for what feels like hours I'm so tired and find it such a struggle to get through the day ..I'm just wondering if any one knows of. Natural remedies on how to get a good nights sleep :(

Sorry can't help with natural remedies, just wanted to say I am the same, so know how you feel.

My last full night's sleep was over 8 years ago now, so you have my sympathy.

You could try a herbal sleeping tablet - boots do one. Or quiet life tablets. I find the ones that are a blend best - a mix of stuff like hops, vervain, passiflora, wild lettuce, valerian. Valerian on its own works for some people too.

I downloaded an app on my phone the other night that does guided meditations, including for sleep. It's called Buddhify and was £1.99 but there are other free ones. It certainly helped last night when I was not only ill with a tummy bug, my heart was racing with anxiety over not being able to sleep and the feeling that time was running out Sad

The app got me to sleep Smile until the baby yelled for me
