Can anyone recommend either a supplement or a makeup that will stop me looking so shit? I look at least 10 years older than I am, I have dark circles and bags under my eyes.
May be due to the menopause, probably due to me having heart failure hence always being tired. I'm on medication for both, waiting for a pacemaker, but I can't look in the mirror, I look proper shit.
Started using a tinted moisturiser so I at least have some colour/ blend, but I'd like a one stop treatment or ideas of a supplement before I look older than my mum (80!!).
Please help.

Thanks farrow what serum would you recommend? There's so many out there, and creams and 'fix alls' or ' anti aging stuff' I need to know what works!

I use Origins make a difference which is lovely, brightens the skin and leaves it looking fresh. I also like the Estée Lauder one in the brown bottle ( sorry forgot the name! )

you don't look 80!!

thing is, when you are ill, it's all about makeup really. I had a major illness which left me looking kind of grey skinned when I was in my 20s. the grey skin lasted about 6 months after recovery. I just had to put proper make up on - foundation, blush etc.

I don't think serum will make any difference.

Serum definitely makes a difference Smile

write thank you but I sure as hell don't look 46 either!
I drink water. Lots. I use sunblock, I eat badly ( another issue I must address).
I will look at serums. Do Avon do one?
