Just after some advice... I am on the progesterone only pill and don't have periods but find I am spotting for a few days each week. Not enough to use tampons but enough to use a sanitary towel. I want to take my son swimming so I think my only option is a menstrual cup. Can anyone recommend one that might suit me? There are so many! I will only be wearing it for an hour at a time as I prefer pads but am aware it's unhygienic to go swimming unprotected with any form of leakage.... :)
