ingrowing nails on middle toe nails - is it?

Cos I find the tops of my middle toes get inflammed, I cut the nails down the sides now to prevent the digging in. Sadly I inherited the ingrowing big toe nails and the dome shape. My middle toe is throbbing again tonight and wearing wellies all day. Its so weird as my big toes are behaving - so painful

Ugh, these are so sore. Could you get some cotton wool or something for padding & see a chiropodist? I don't go often, but I've always found they're helpful & advise on cutting my nails for my toe shape (I never even knew that was a thing).
