Have streaming cold and very painful sinuses. Nothing particularly unusual, but several times today have a really overwhelming sense of nausea. It passes after a few minutes but it's coming from the belly, not just from the swimmy head and isn't there all the time. Haven't been sick but once or twice have come close to having the urge to make myself sick.
Any ideas please?
