Sore feet and knees?

My little boy (2) has been waking up a couple of times a night recently (but only once or twice a week) crying that his feet and knees are hurting him. Anyone else had this? I'm at a loss!

Dd is 5 and has complained on and off that her knees hurt since she was about 2 - we put it down to growing pains. It isn't a constant pain, but she has bouts of it every now and then.

If you're concerned, get the GP to check it out.
