Have taken him back to the drs several times since he had chicken pox back in October because the spots keep appearing. They kept telling everything was fine. Finally managed to see normal Dr (he had been off sick for a while) and he took on looj at it and said impetigo. We are now on very high antibiotics cause it is likely in the blood stream, probably infected everyone at nursery - who now will not have him now it has been diagnosed as highly contagious - and everyone at the local pool as we go swimming once a week
Am so angry that yet again my concerns as a parent have been swept under the carpet until he is really ill and only then do they take me seriously
Have now got to take rest of the week off work and i really do not need this on top of everything else
Luckily dd has not got it
Just needed a rant.
Thank you!!
