swollen feet and ankles...for several days

..and hands that swell when I am exercising eg on treadmill?

any ideas what could be causing it?

Could be many things, but if its not normal for you see your gp, for reassurance if nothing else.Perhaps a routine blood test also .Is this a new exercise regime or do you usually use a treadmill ? With respect i`d probably collapse if i tried one !
