complications from c section

Hi I had my dd four weeks on Thursday and am still having problems with fluid building up behind my wound. Had multiple oral courses of antibiotics and three days of IV antibiotics in hospital. I was then discharged with two types of antibiotics and in my last day of them and yet again I have hard painful lumps forming! Does this eventually go away? Has anyone had to have their wound opened and drained? I'm totally fed up with it!

I had c sections but didn't have complications. Wanted to say I feel for you . First section I had bloody hurt and that was without complications .

I'd go back and check everything is normal ....

Thanks, waiting on the GP just now hopefully get something sorted just don't want to have to go back to hospital again.
