does baby under 1 y.o can't eat honey? Whats the problem?

Its got bacteria in it and baby's immune system isnt strong enough to not make them sick xxxx

it depends on if the honey is pasteurized or unpasteurized.
unpasteurized honey is not recommended to children under 12 months of age.
