dry skin/ spots on arms

Hi does anyone recommend any solutions to dry spotty skin for the tops of arms? I also have this between knees and top of thighs but not as bad? My 12 year old DD is the same so would love to hear any MN pearls of wisdom?

Yy to cream containing urea. Infuse flexitol.

The sun works best on mine...it virtually disappears in the summer.

Try cutting out wheat from your diet for a couple of weeks. Since I've done that I've not had a problem.
