15 year old ds and constipation.......

Just that really. He has a reasonably good diet- except that, for reasons that escape me, he won't eat fruit. At all. Any fruit. Loads of vegetables, though.

What can he eat that might help? ( poor sod's been in the loo for 20 minutes now......I've had to pause HIGNIFY!)

get some paediatric Movicol from the chemists - probably try 1 sachet a day but take advice from the chemist. plenty fluids as well

All bran, it's quite nice, I have it a lot. Lots of water. I find if I don't get much exercise even walking helps I get bunged up.
