After surgical abortion

It's been a month and half after I've had the op for the abortion i was 11 weeks gone, near enough 12 and had the marina coil put in straight after. I'm not sure if this is meant to happen or I should get checked out but I occasionally get bad pains but the tiniest bit of spotting too, it's mostly after sex that it hurts and just gradually gets worse. Has it happened to anyone else? Is it normal?

Go back to the dr and explain and you make need another scan and some antibiotics

Well I rang hospital up with the number they put on the letter they gave me when I got discharged, and they said over the phone basically it's the coil doing it since I've not had one before and didn't give me an appointment, and said to rING back after weekend if things aren't good. But I'm just not satisfied with that so I'm going to go to the clinch tomorrow, hopefully they'll see me the same day. I'm getting pains now and I'm at work "/ x

Surgical abortion-
Hi so I’m 18 yr old I found out I was pregnant after my boyfriend cheated on me and I broke up with him but I still felt the right to tell him not that he cared he said keep it or get rid of it he’s not giving me money or he’s time
So I went to the abortion clinic with my friend where I had a medical check bloods etc and found out I was 9 weeks and 7 days what meant I could only have surgical abortion they was really fast and booked me to have the abortion in next few days. The day of the abortion come I went alone as a friend let me down I sat their in fear but as I got called up and into the abortion everything was fine even after I got home and had bad belly pain so had a long sleep it’s now been three days and the pain has gone from minimal to bad cramping I’m bleeding black blood clots not massive but quite disgusting I was wondering when does the cramping and bleeding slow down or stop
