I will be starting ladies group fitness classes on Tuesday 9th Jan at Landmark Arts Centre, Teddington.
I am a fully qualified ante and post natal fitness instructor and will be leading two classes:
6.45pm Post Natal Fitness,
8.00pm Ladies Circuits.
