Has anyone got PCOS that I could ask a few questions?

Pick your brain, so to speak?

  1. Have you struggled with your weight?
  1. If so, how did you overcome that?
  1. What symptoms did you have of the PCOS?

All I can think of for now.

  1. In my teens/early twenties. About 3-4 stone over weight.
  1. By educating my self on diet. No white bread, pasta, rice, cakes biscuits etc. Also supplements like vit b. Excessive hair.
  1. My symptoms were very heavy and painful periods.

I need to loose weight as my PCOS has gone from mild to severe in the last year.

But I'm struggling ATM, really struggling.

Excessive hair, rare periods (but heavy/painful), ovulation is painful (stomach swells and is painful), bad pms, depression and difficulty loosing weight.

Sick of letting the PCOS control my life
