When the new labels displaying how much exercise is required to work off the calories in the product which form of activity do you feel would be most helpful?

None!
A comment such as 'run for 20mins' won't mean anything. Some people will plod along at 8kmph whilst others will do 13kmph. Weight and muscle mass will also make a big difference to the number of calories burnt.
I can't see how it will help anyone.

I understand the point, you say you ate a mars bars and people think it can be worked off in 15 mins of medium intensity exercise.

I would got for jogging it is something everyone understands the intensity of.

And to Jaimix answer they may both be burning the same calories due to fitness levels.
